30W High Power Laser Diode Bar in TO 263 Package:The SIRILAS is an actively cooled high power laser diode module and specified for an optical continuous wave (cw) output power of 30 W and q-cw (quasi continuous wave) operation.

Due to a conversion efficiency of about 50% about the same power is generated as heat load!

The power supply of SIRILAS laser diode has to be realised using a suitable laser diode driver, with controlled rise and fall times to reduce voltage transients.
